1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SourcingShield ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SourcingShield is a decision-support platform that surfaces supplier risk signals and historical scam patterns. We do not certify, endorse, or guarantee any supplier. All assessments are informational only.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Risk scores, patterns, and recommendations are estimates based on available data and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are solely responsible for your sourcing and payment decisions.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. User Submissions

When you submit a scam report or supplier signal, you grant SourcingShield a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display the content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that submissions are accurate, lawful, and not defamatory.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to harass, defame, or extort any third party, to publish false or misleading information, to scrape data without permission, or to violate any applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourcingShield's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
