Refund Policy

Single Risk Reports ($9)

Risk reports are delivered instantly upon payment and are non-refundable once generated, because the content is fully delivered at purchase time. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will reissue or refund it in full.

Pro Membership ($19/month)

Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

Verification Services

Verification services (factory verification, product inspection, background check) are bespoke services. Full refunds are available before work begins. Once an inspector has been dispatched or research has started, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.

How to request a refund

Email billing@sourcingshield.org with your order ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your bank can.
